At Hearthstone Hospitality Recruitment, we prioritise your convenience by handling most of the recruitment process for you. We pre-screen candidates from our talent pool to ensure they meet essential requirements, enabling a quicker transition to the UK upon receiving a job offer:

1. Successful completion of an English Language test
2. Comprehensive immigration history check – We verify that all candidates are in principle eligible for work visas before scheduling an interview. In certain cases, a candidate might have previously violated Immigration Rules, leading to a re-entry ban of 1, 5, or 10 years due to non-compliance. Our dedicated immigration specialists are here to save you time, money, and avoid fruitless applications..

1. After reviewing the provided CVs, we will coordinate a live video interview, enabling you to focus on selecting the ideal candidate for your needs.

2. Once a formal offer of employment has been made, this will be signed, dated and returned to you to confirm acceptance by the candidate.

3. A Certificate of Sponsorship will then be assigned to the candidate which confirms your intention to sponsor the candidate for employment.

4. Within 1 week of the assignment of the COS we will prepare the Visa application on behalf of the candidates to ensure that they will successfully secure their UK visa.

5. We will arrange flights of behalf of the candidate to make their way to the UK where they will be me
met and greeted at the airport.

6. We will arrange a smooth transition for the candidate to take up their quarters at their place of residence to begin induction once fully rested and settled in.
